Somehow I've yet to post about this band...
Young and in the Way are an in your face blackened hardcore and crust band with elements of pissed black metal and HEAVY.
The great thing about the band is that they take their music to a completely different level, blending a multitude of genres within each song, and pulling it off with style.
Add in some great lyrical writing, fantastic album art, and a crushing live show and you've got an absolutely must see band.
You can almost feel the darkness seeping out of their music.
The band recently announced a split 7" with Withdrawal coming soon from A389 Recordings, and a split 7" with Moral Void also coming soon from Antithetic Records. A new 12" EP is in the works with Germany's Vendetta Records.
If you haven't checked them out you, you are absolutely not allowed to sleep on them any more. Go and buy a record now!
